I have always been passionate about health and fitness for myself but discovered the power of nutrition several years ago for the treatment and prevention of chronic disease. I realized the "standard of care" is all about prescribing more and more prescription medicines and does nothing to treat the root problems. Since teaching people about low car/keto and fasting, I have been able to see patients not only lose weight but reverse their diabetes, arthritis and much more. Seeing these results led me host a health and fitness podcast that is released weekly called Fit RX.
