I work with women all the time who are prediabetic and their medical team has not provided them with the right information to reverse this. I also work heavily with fertility and especially PCOS. My own fertility journey and health success were all due to changes I made in my life. I am passionate about helping others with the same so that you can feel better and live longer lives.
