A low-carb diet addresses the root of a various number of health problems, like obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome and many more. I try to find a way of implementing a low-carb lifestyle into the daily routines of my clients, so that long term goals can be accomplished - e.g. weight loss, better immune system, fighting diabetes, getting better in different sports disciplines. In combination with intermittent fasting it works even better. And if we add daily exercise, that's when "magic happens
