I've been living LCHF/keto life since 2013, both at home and in my office. My patients are mainly fighting obesity, diabetes, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome, some of them also autoimmune diseases. I often work with pregnant women to help them avoid complications and enjoy healthy pregnancies. I'm in love with pediatrics (and a mother of three), so I also work with parents who want to raise healthy offspring. My mission is to spread the word of LCHF/keto nutrition and help people live healthier and longer lives.
