I began my low-carb career as the lead ketogenic dietitian at Children's Hospital Colorado in 2011. I then worked as a contractor for Virta Health, managing their social media platforms & supporting the physician teams for 2 years before leaving CO to open my own private practice in Bozeman, MT in 2018. Over the last 3 years, I have worked as the only ketogenic dietitian in private practice in MT (pediatric & adult clients) & I have recently niched down to work with breastfeeding moms on their keto journey so they can improve their metabolic health while keeping up with their children.
