Since 1996 I have lived in the Middle East and worked as a Surgeon and Traumatologist in a team with Swedish and South African paramedics. They introduced me the Cave Man / Stone Age Diet approx. 2010 - when I tried the diet myself and observed my own experience, still I keep Paleolithic Diet. I repatriated to Hungary and started to run a government paid basic care, where I specialize as a Family Physician and provide an evolutionary (nutrition) approach for my patients. I prefer and experienced the LCHF diet as the most effective to keep my health balance.
