I am board certified in family medicine with advanced eduction in weight management for women. My main mission is to empower women to stand in their strength and learn to trust their bodies. I help women with anxiety, depression, and infertility achieve the balance they need to change their life to be come the women they want to be. My professional memberships include the Obesity Medicine Association, the Obesity Society, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
