After acknowledging my own metabolic disease and correcting it with lifestyle changes included therapeutic carbohydrate restrictions, I grew a passion for sharing in my patients journeys for metabolic health. I continue to practice as full time faculty with Saint Anthony Family Medicine Residency in Oklahoma City and since completing my certification from the American Board of Obesity Medicine I have also been able to be available for consults on metabolic health. I specialize in Full Scope Family Medicine including pediatric, adult, women's health and obstetrics in the clinic and hospital.
