I help people lose weight. I am a low carber myself. I also follow intermittent fasting. I have helped treat many patients with type 2 diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance and weight management. I have done diabetes diploma with the BMJ (British Medical Journal). I don't practice Diabetology with drugs. I have treated patients with burns and diabetic foot diseases surgically combined with low carb diets with shortened recovery. I am preparing a paper for publishing results. I have also studied first-hour glucose spikes in a series of patients and this paper is also in preparation
