I have been working as a pharmacist with a special interest in keto/low carb for 20 years. I always ask patients if they are interested in a healthier way of eating that will help them prevent diseases and keep them metabolically well. When patients engage and I refer them to Diet Doctor, the difference is phenomenal. The one-to-one support I give helps keep them on track and the weigh-ins and blood monitoring show the patient what a positive difference this way of eating makes. I am available to give as much or little support that each individual requires.
